STRIKEFORCE goes through a stringent process in selection of security personnel to ensure that they are able to read, write and speak in either or both English and Bahasa Malaysia; physically fit to perform guard duties; and with no criminal records.
STRIKEFORCE is one of the few local security companies that were chosen and approved by Kementerian Keselamatan Salam Negeri (KKDN) to hire experienced and military trained NEPALESE directly from Nepal to provide services locally.
All security personnel undergo mandatory trainings approved by KKDN and Persatuan Perkhidmatan Kawalan Keselamatan Malaysia (PPKKM). STRIKEFORCE has its in-house qualified trainers, who are certified by both KKDN and PPKKM.
In addition, STRIKEFORCE Trainers also schedule and conduct guard Basic Training, On-The-Job Training, Refresher Training, as well as Safety, Health and Environment Trainings.
STRIKEFORCE security personnel are initially given a rigorous and thorough screening per Kementerian Dalam Negeri guidelines; vetted through various agencies; references checked and rechecked; medically examined; and drug tested before they are accepted as STRIKEFORCE security personnel.
STRIKEFORCE guard development program includes continuous training, pay raise, appreciation certificates, and promotions. Guards’ performance is closely monitored by Patrolling Officers and Operations managers and adequate remuneration is extended to deserving personnel through pay raise and recognition certificates to encourage and motivate personnel to deliver performance excellence. We also identify their potential and promote them to Guard Supervisors, patrolling Officer or Project Managers as and when it warrants.
Integrated Security System
STRIKEFORCE SECURITY SDN BHD is well equipped with facilities and trained personnel to provide an Integrated Security System to synergize CCTV surveillance, electronic access control, fire and safety alarms, intrusion detection alarms, communication and security personnel with its Central Monitoring System to form a coherent security system and personnel that can protect and be responsible for the assets and safety of people in an organisation.
STRIKEFORCE follows an efficient communication system that links security personnel on duty with supervisors and managers at any given time. The headquarters closely monitors all security activities on a daily basis, 24 hours/ 7 days a week, through multiple layers of responsibility, i.e. Shift Supervisors, Site Supervisors, Patrolling Officers, Operations Managers and Branch Managers.
